To close off 2021, ICC will be showcasing Rande Cook, a Kwakwaka’wakw contemporary artist with a practice that centres on ecology.
Rande’s art focuses on connecting with the natural environment through the language of science. This focus on ecology comes from his MFA research and continues to evolve and inform his work.
